Privacy Notice

Solvectia (hereinafter "Solvectia", "we" or "the Data Controller"), domiciled in Mexico, is responsible for the processing and protection of your personal data in accordance with the Federal Law on the Protection of Personal Data Held by Private Parties (LFPDPPP), its Regulations and all other applicable regulations of the United Mexican States. This Privacy Notice describes what data we collect, for what purposes, and how you may exercise your rights.

1. Personal data we collect

We may collect the following personal data when you interact with us through our contact forms, quote requests, or waitlist / demo registrations:

• Full name.
• Corporate or personal email address.
• The company or organization you belong to, and your job title.
• Contact phone number (where applicable).
• Message, technical requirements, or the solution/product you are interested in.

Sensitive personal data: We inform you that Solvectia does not collect or process sensitive personal data (such as ethnic origin, health status, genetic information, or religious or philosophical beliefs, among others). Providing your data is voluntary; however, should you choose not to provide it, we will be unable to address your commercial or support requests.

2. Purposes of data processing

A. Primary purposes (necessary for the service):

• To identify you and to handle and follow up on your requests for information, contact, quotes, or technical demonstrations.
• To assess the scope of your software projects and prepare commercial proposals.
• To register your interest in our SaaS products or Beta programs and notify you of their availability.
• To maintain the security, integrity and operational infrastructure of our website and cloud services.

B. Secondary purposes (optional):

• Sending newsletters, technology updates, event invitations and promotional communications about new Solvectia products or services.

If you do not wish your personal data to be processed for secondary purposes, you may state your refusal by sending an email to contacto@solvectia.com. Refusing the use of your personal data for secondary purposes will not be grounds for denying you the services or information you request.

3. Data transfers and Data Processors

Solvectia does not sell, rent, or assign your personal data to commercial third parties.

Your data may be processed by technology service providers acting as Data Processors under strict instructions from Solvectia and subject to confidentiality and cybersecurity obligations (such as cloud infrastructure providers, transactional email servers, and security tools). Likewise, we may transfer your data without your consent solely in the cases set out in Article 37 of the LFPDPPP or at the request of a competent authority.

4. ARCO Rights, Revocation and Limitation of Use

You have the right to know what personal data we hold about you, what we use it for, and the terms of that use (Access); to request the correction of your personal information where it is outdated, inaccurate or incomplete (Rectification); to have it removed from our records or databases where you consider it is not being used appropriately (Cancellation); and to object to the use of your personal data for specific purposes (Objection).

To exercise any of the ARCO rights, limit the use/disclosure of your data, or revoke the consent you have granted, you must send a request to: contacto@solvectia.com.

Requirements for the request:

1. The data subject's name and an email address at which to communicate our response.
2. A copy of valid official identification proving your identity (or that of your legal representative).
3. A clear and precise description of the personal data in respect of which you seek to exercise an ARCO right.
4. Any other element that helps locate the data.

Response times: Solvectia will communicate its decision within a maximum of 20 (twenty) business days from the date the request was received. Where the request is granted, it will be given effect within the15 (fifteen) business days following the date on which the response is communicated.

5. Security Measures

We implement reasonable, enterprise-grade administrative, technical and physical security measures to protect your personal data against damage, loss, alteration, destruction, or unauthorized use, access or processing, including encryption in transit (TLS/SSL), hardened environment variables and defensive server protocols.

6. Use of Cookies, Tracking Technologies and Cloudflare Turnstile

Our website uses technical cookies and identifiers strictly necessary for browsing functionality, analytics, and to ensure the cybersecurity of the site.

• Anti-Bot Protection (Cloudflare Turnstile): To protect our forms against automated attacks, illegitimate bulk submissions and spam, we use Cloudflare Turnstile, a verification service provided by Cloudflare, Inc. This tool evaluates minimal technical signals on the client (such as IP address, HTTP headers and browser telemetry) to distinguish human users from bots, either invisibly or through minimal interactive challenges. These signals are processed exclusively for cybersecurity and fraud-prevention purposes, subject to the privacy policies of Cloudflare, Inc.
• Cookie Control: You may disable or delete cookies through your web browser's settings. Please note, however, that disabling technical cookies may affect the functionality of some sections of the site.

7. Changes to this Privacy Notice

We reserve the right to make modifications or updates to this Privacy Notice at any time as a result of legislative developments, internal policies, or new product requirements. The version in force will always be published in this section, indicating the date it was last updated.
