These Terms and Conditions (the "Terms") govern access to, browsing of, and use of the official website of Solvectia, as well as the commercial interactions and service requests made through this portal. By accessing or using this website, you declare that you have read, understood and fully accepted these Terms. If you do not agree with any of these provisions, you must refrain from using the site.
1. Purpose and Scope
Solvectia is a software engineering, technology consulting, and SaaS platform and Enterprise architecture development firm. The purpose of this website is to provide institutional information, present our portfolio of products and services, and offer contact and quotation channels for clients and business partners.
2. Acceptable Use and Site Security
You undertake to use the website and its forms lawfully, ethically, and in accordance with the legislation applicable in the United Mexican States.
You expressly agree to refrain from:

3. Beta Program, Waitlists and Upcoming Releases
Some modules, solutions or products in Solvectia's SaaS suite may be displayed under the labels "Coming Soon", "Waitlist" or "Beta Program / Sandbox".
Registering for a waitlist or beta program does not constitute a guarantee of access, final pricing, release date, or commercial availability of the solution. Solvectia reserves the discretionary right to modify, postpone or cancel the development or commercialization of any product without any liability whatsoever.
4. Intellectual Property
All content presented on this website —including, without limitation: trademarks, logos, trade names, texts, software architecture, source code, visual components, UI/UX design, graphics and images— is the exclusive property of Solvectia or is used under the corresponding licenses, and is protected by applicable industrial and intellectual property laws.
Its reproduction, distribution, modification, reverse engineering or unauthorized commercial use without the prior written consent of Solvectia is strictly prohibited.
5. Protection of Personal Data
The processing of the personal information you provide to us through the website is governed by our Privacy Notice, which forms an integral part of these Terms.
6. Limitation of Liability
